이 약관은 Along Travel(이하 "회사")이 제공하는 Along 앱과 웹사이트(이하 "서비스")의 이용 조건과 절차, 회사와 회원의 권리·의무를 정합니다.
게시물, 공개 일정, 프로필, 댓글, 장소 평가는 다른 회원에게 보입니다. 공개 일정은 공유 링크를 받은 비회원도 볼 수 있습니다. 일정은 비공개로 바꿀 수 있습니다.
회원은 다음 행위를 해서는 안 됩니다.
'번역 보기'를 누르면 해당 글이 AI 번역 서비스(Anthropic)로 보내져 번역됩니다. 번역은 정확하지 않을 수 있으며, 원문이 우선합니다.
서비스에는 숙소 예약 등 제휴 사이트(예: Trip.com)로 가는 링크가 있으며, 회원이 그 사이트에서 예약하면 회사가 수수료를 받을 수 있습니다. 제휴 사이트에서의 거래는 그 사업자와 회원 사이의 거래이며, 그 사이트의 약관과 정책이 적용됩니다.
회사는 서비스를 개선하기 위해 기능을 추가·변경·중단할 수 있으며, 회원에게 중요한 변경은 미리 알립니다. 점검, 장애, 천재지변 등으로 서비스가 일시 중단될 수 있습니다.
이 약관은 대한민국 법에 따릅니다. 서비스와 관련한 분쟁은 「민사소송법」에 따른 관할 법원에서 해결합니다.

These Terms govern your use of the Along app and website (the "Service") provided by Along Travel ("we", "us"). We post them in the app and at alongtravel.app/terms. We announce changes in the app at least 7 days before they take effect, or 30 days before for changes that are unfavorable to you. If you don't agree, you can delete your account before the change takes effect; continuing to use the Service afterwards means you accept the change.
You must be at least 14 years old to create an account. You sign in with Apple or Google and are responsible for your account. You may not use a username or name that impersonates another person or organization.
You own the photos, captions, routes, itineraries, comments and reviews you post ("Content"). You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, display and transmit your Content, to show it translated into other languages, and to adapt it to different screen sizes, as needed to operate the Service. We will ask for your separate permission before using your Content to promote the Service. The license ends when you delete the Content or your account, except that copies of your public itineraries that other users saved into their own itineraries remain theirs. Only post Content you have the rights to, and respect others' copyright, image rights and privacy.
Posts, public itineraries, your profile, comments and reviews are visible to other users, and public itineraries can be opened by anyone with the share link. You can make an itinerary private.
Don't post illegal, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit or violent content; fake your location or visits or manipulate reviews; spam or advertise without permission; access the Service with bots or scrapers; or attempt to bypass security, exploit vulnerabilities or use other people's accounts or Content.
You can report and block content and users. We may hide or remove content and restrict accounts when reports accumulate or a violation is confirmed. To appeal, email support@alongtravel.app.
When you tap "See translation", the text is sent to an AI translation service (Anthropic). Translations may be inaccurate; the original text prevails.
With your permission, we use your device location and photos' capture locations to show places on posts and itineraries and to verify on-site reviews. These features are free. You can turn location access off in your device settings at any time; some features, such as on-site verification, will then be unavailable.
Donations (in-app purchases and subscriptions) are processed by Apple, and payment, cancellation and refunds follow Apple's policies. You can cancel a subscription in your Apple account settings. Donations support running the Service and do not change what you can do in it, apart from the supporter badge. Nothing here limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.
The Service includes links to partner sites such as Trip.com for hotel bookings, and we may earn a commission when you book. Bookings are between you and the partner, under the partner's terms.
We may add, change or discontinue features and will give advance notice of significant changes. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, outages or events beyond our control.
You can delete your account in the app at any time. Signing in again within 7 days restores it; after 7 days it is permanently deleted together with your Content. We may suspend or terminate accounts that seriously or repeatedly violate these Terms.
To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is", and we are not liable for damages relating to the free Service unless caused by our intent or gross negligence. We do not guarantee the accuracy of travel information posted by users, and we are not obliged to intervene in disputes between users or between users and third parties.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and disputes are resolved by the competent court under the Korean Civil Procedure Act. If you live in the EU or another country whose consumer protection laws give you mandatory rights, those rights are not affected.
