Terms of Service

Welcome to Along Travel ("Along", "we", "our", or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Along Travel mobile application and related services (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Along Travel. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

2. Your Account

• You sign in via a third-party provider (Apple or Google) and are responsible for maintaining the security of that account.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your profile information up to date.
• Your username (handle) must not impersonate others or violate any third-party rights.

3. User Content

You retain ownership of the travel photos, captions, itineraries, and other content you create ("User Content"). By posting User Content, you grant Along a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute that content within the Service for the purpose of operating and improving it.

You are solely responsible for your User Content and confirm that you have the rights necessary to share it. Public content (posts, public itineraries) is visible to all authenticated users of the app.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Post content that is illegal, harmful, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, or infringes on others' rights.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation.
• Use bots, scrapers, or automated means to access or interact with the Service.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems.
• Spam other users or distribute malware.

5. Content Moderation

We may review, remove, or restrict access to any content that violates these Terms or applicable law. We also provide in-app reporting and blocking tools, and may suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly or seriously violate these Terms.

6. Purchases and Donations

Along may offer in-app purchases and donations processed through Apple's payment system. All payments are subject to Apple's terms. Donations are voluntary and, except where required by law, are non-refundable. Refunds for in-app purchases are handled in accordance with Apple's App Store policies.

7. Intellectual Property

The Along name, logo, design, and software are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our trademarks without prior written permission.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from the app's settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if required by law. Upon termination, your profile and content will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any content shared by other users is accurate or reliable.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Along Travel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via in-app notification or email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
